Best Player in the league Andrew Scarton... followed by Daniel Jones and Tyler Baker of Airport..Kenan Wetzel of SMCC...Caleb Tavtigian of Huron... Dex Teen of Grosse Ile... Best Big Man in the league in my opinion is going to be David Stockert of Huron he is tall and very athletic... Randy Windham will not be able to fill Lauwers shoes

ReplyDeleteWindham will be fine this year because he has alot of talent. His challenge to replace the legend will come in a few years when talent is lower and he still has to win. I would say he will have trouble filling his shoes.
No more magic for Huron. No Ray Reed and now they are the hunted instead of the hunter. They will be fine just not champs again.
Riverview I ust don't see them returning to glory this year. Maybe if Hawley starts roaming the sidelines again.
If you know the league you know guard play wins. Airport should be fine with Baker and Jones.
Bogataj likes to push and press this year shoud be no different.
Milan will still struggle thay need discipline in the program and that does not come over one year.
Jefferson will struggle to replace there old coach. The new coach should be fine in time .. He was a good player he should find his nitch.
Grosse Ile In my opinion will struggle. Teen is a fine player but there is not much there besides him.

Are there ant true big in the Huron League? A player who can play with his back to the basket. And clean up the boards. The 3 point line has ruined the essence of a true big man. Even in high school they need to move it back a foot or so.

Zac Richardson is the best player in the league. He gets 23.6 points a game. He also passes good and is good on the defensive end.
