New Year
League play gets started next week. Looks like teams are lining up where many of us thought. Big game Tuesday with Milan playing Huron. Let us know your thoughts. Also, give your thoughts on the best players.
Milan is the favorite no question about that. Next I think it will be between SMCC and Huron. Next is probably Riverview or GI. Anything can happen.Maybe some team will surprise and win instead of Milan. I think we will have some good games this season in the league.
I would say Torin Wetzel from SMCC is the best player in the Huron League. He has size, handles the ball and can score. Andre Duffin, Jiles Neely and CJ Turnage from Milan. Billy Ames, Zack Crespi and Dan Hernandez from Huron. Jake Beste from SMCC. Bosanac from Jefferson. McCormick and Potcova from Airport along with Chickeral and Theisen from Flat Rock.
I haven't seen GI or Riverview so I can't tell you anything there.
Lol do we not like gi or riverview? Just kidding. But I strongly agree with the first commenter on this post. Anything can happen! Good luck to all teams!
Everyone is over looking GI. played woodhaven and Carlson very tough. Coming up this year to varsity is last years 19-1 JV team. As the year goes on, GI will be very tough to beat. I think MIlan will win the division, But GI will win the district where 8 of the huron league teams play!
